Wellness at Camiral
What makes it a standout wellness destination: Camiral’s 1,000m² Wellness Centre was designed by Lagula Architects to blend seamlessly into its surrounding gardens and landscapes. The space is inspired by Japanese wellness principles of natural beauty, quiet solitude, and simplicity.
Camiral’s structured wellness programming and retreats include 1, 3, 5, and 7 day wellness programs tailored to specific goals including Longevity, Aging Well, Detox, and Sports Recovery.

The vibe: The Wellness Centre features floor-to-ceiling glass and "zero-kilometer" local materials and stones in the design. It is designed to feel like a "forest clearing," where the boundaries between the Catalan woods and the treatment rooms dissolve.

Key features: The Thermal Pavillon is the heart of the experience. It’s a contemplative space with a hydrotherapy pool that looks directly into the forest, using light and water to lower cortisol levels upon entry. The Wellness Centre is home to tech-forward amenities including hyperbaric oxygen therapy, cryotherapy, and red light therapy.

Mindful movement: The destination offers a state-of-the-art gym, and mindful movement classes including yoga, barre, and pilates.
Nourishing cuisine: The Wellness Kitchen is the property’s culinary center which features a menu inspired by Blue Zones. Dishes include antioxidant and nutrient rich foods made from locally sourced ingredients.
The Wellness Kitchen is also an educational hub where guests attend "show-cookings" and talks by nutritionist Mireia Cervera to learn how to maintain longevity habits at home.

Signature treatments: Offerings include include the Hammam Purifying Massage, Sports Massage, IV Vitamin Infusions (in partnership with NADclinic London), and Pressotherapy, a gentle air pressure treatment that stimulates the lymphatic system.
Location: Camiral is located in Girona, Spain, about 10-15 minutes from town. It’s an hour from Barcelona and 45 minutes from Figueres (the birthplace of Salvador Dalí and home to the Dalí Theatre-Museum). Girona is also home to many recognizable filming locations from “Game of Thrones.”
