Azulfit Offers New Virtual At-Home Retreat Program

Azulfit’s new “Retreat at Home” program creates the retreat buzz from the comfort of home through the care and expertise of its world-class teachers.

For years, Azulfit has offered yoga and Pilates retreats around the world in destinations such as Indonesia, India, Greece, and more. As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, Azulfit launched its new virtual three-day “Retreat at Home” program, which is designed to bring the retreat experience to participants in the comfort and safety of their own home.

Retreat at Home will be offered every weekend through the summer, and the program features six live retreat-style Zoom classes led by world-class teachers and experts. The program is open to participants of all levels, from the beginning to the advanced yoga or Pilates practitioner. Retreat at Home includes:

  • Lifetime access to six on-demand yoga and Pilates sessions to suit participants’ time, mood and physical needs, two full-length practices, and three bonus sessions.

  • E-cookbook and how-to-prep videos with lifetime access led by Jo Dombernowsky, Azulfit’s nutrition advisor, international cookbook author, and celebrated Pilates teacher.

  • Exclusive access to an online support community.

“We believe strongly in the power of mindful movement and community to create positive change, both within ourselves and the world as a whole,” says Jamie Isaac, co-founder of Azulfit. “Now more than ever, discovering the tools to reduce stress, gain clarity and rejuvenate has never been so necessary. By creating a safe, positive space, we can meet everyone where they are to empower them toward a vibrant life, through eating well, mindful movement and connection.”

Retreat at Home will be offered every weekend through the summer and features six live retreat-style Zoom classes guided by world-class Azulfit teachers.

Azulfit was founded by husband and wife, Jamie and Karissa Isaac, who have built a community of like-minded individuals through movement, nutritious food and laughter, supporting guests in their well-being journey, and empowering them with tools to improve their vitality. Many guests have trained to become teachers, coaches, and nutritionists themselves. With the Retreat at Home program, Azulfit is continuing to bring the community together virtually.

Added Karissa, “In taking time for self-care and connection, we are helping guests reset and clear space in their lives to be the best versions of themselves by providing them with tools to initiate positive change. Our team is extremely passionate about ensuring everyone feels welcomed and celebrated. The teachers share their expert knowledge, care and guidance generously, igniting that spark within each person.”

The Retreat at Home program costs $147. For more information and to sign up, visit Azulfit’s website and follow them on Instagram: @azulyogapilates
