Our latest Beauty Boss is Dina Mustedanagic, Co-Founder of Faceé, a skincare tool and accessories brand known for their ice globes. Mustedanagic, an emergency room provider and med spa owner, launched Faceé in 2021 with her brother, an aesthetic dentist.
With backgrounds in healthcare, both founders are passionate about wellness and wanted to help people find a way to fit a little extra self-care into their busy lives. Realizing that many of their patients were stressed out and struggling to take time for themselves, the duo decided to launch a collection of skincare products including ice globes.
We chatted with Dina Mustedanagic to learn all about her journey launching Faceé.
Can you share a little about your background and what inspired you to launch Faceé?
I am an emergency room provider and have been working for 3 years. I always knew I loved aesthetics and beauty.
During the COVID pandemic, my brother and I found it was necessary to take time for ourselves every day and spend time doing a morning or evening skin care routine. We developed Faceé, and the ice globes were our first product. We wanted a fun skin care accessory that would make a skincare routine fun and not tedious.
The cooled ice globes also helped to depuff our face after wearing masks all day at work. It provided relaxation, de-puffing, migraine relief, and a fun addition to our skin care routine. I also own a medical spa in Los Angeles in which we offer botox, filler, microneedling, facials, IV therapy, vitamin injections, and many more aesthetic services.

Our cooled ice globes are our signature product.
What other products are available from your brand?
Some favorites in addition to the ice globes are hair clips and our beauty bag.
