To ensure a tranquil experience for guests, the wellness space’s silent hours are observed on Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday from 5 to 9 p.m.

One of their recommended experiences is the salt lounge, which boasts benefits including improved respiratory health, clearing up skin issues, and reduced stress. For a 45-minute treatment in the salt room, which is a shared space, the cost is $65 and includes access to the bathhouse after. The salt room features bean bag chairs, weighted blankets, and disposable herbal eye masks for guests to use.

If you’re a fan of injections or fillers, you’ll feel right at home at Destination Aesthetics Medical Spa. Lovingly dubbed DA by clients, this med-spa specializes in “advanced skincare treatments for signs of aging, lip injections, and nonsurgical body contouring.” 

They also offer skincare services including numerous peels such as the SkinMedica Illuminize Peel, which “is advised for individuals with mild skin imperfections like fine lines or slight sun damage.” Or you may prefer something a little more advanced like the Obagi Blue Peel Radiance, a salicylic acid peel for those who have gotten several peels in the past and wish to achieve tighter and smoother skin.

From the before and after shots shared on the spa’s social media pages, it’s clear that the Celluma Facial with LED light therapy is worth trying. It’s a collagen-rich, anti-aging treatment that’s jam-packed with antioxidants. To see the best results, you’ll need to get it at least twice a week for four weeks.

Located inside The Westin Sacramento, Spa La Lé offers massages and facials, offering amenities such as robes and sandals, a relaxation room, a pool, a hot tub, and a three-person infrared sauna.

One of their recommended treatments is the Wellness Massage. According to the spa, it’s “the perfect massage for your body needs” because it “encompasses all the techniques [the] therapists are trained on to create” your very own service. It’s available in 50 and 80-minute versions and you can request light to deep pressure.

Other massage options include Muscle Work (for tired and tense muscles), Meditative (classic Swedish), Focused (combining light to firm pressure and targeting specific areas), and Couples Retreat (a 50-minute massage for couples with a 30-minute session in the Detox Room, along with beverages and facial masks).

Guests at The Honey Throne Herbal Spa are greeted with complimentary champagne upon arrival and their menu features unique services that focus on the lower half of the body—particularly the uterus, prostate, and feet. They’re especially known for their yoni steam (vaginal steam), a treatment that cleanses and detoxifies the lower half of the body with the warmth of herbal steam.

They also offer an Ionic Foot Detox, a 30-minute treatment where a therapist purges your feet of heavy metals to help them reach a more balanced pH. This will also help reduce inflammation and detox the liver. A three-session package costs $120.
