Self-Massage Tips from Burke Williams

One of the things I’m missing the most at the moment is a massage—it’s been over three months since my last spa visit, and while I eagerly await the day when spas are open again for business in my town, I’m currently practicing self-massage at home. Of course massaging yourself is no substitute for the real thing, but it’s a great way to treat yourself to some much-needed relaxation in the meantime.

Self-massage can also help provide relief for a variety of issues including sinus pressure, headaches and TMJ. Burke Williams has provided several at-home massage tips for the above issues and the best part is they only take a few minutes a day to provide instant relief!
