Insider’s tip: We have our own home-grown Luffa Wall at Tierra Luna Spa and Sol Garden, where guests can pick their own naturally grown and dried piece of luffa for use in their customizable Sun Worshipper Alchemy Mud & Crystal Bar Experience. This adds a sense of connection to nature that other spas don’t offer, and provides guests with a sense of immersive empowerment in their spa journey.

Spa snacks: Our Well Bar at Tierra Luna and Sol Garden offers a selection of cocktails and Kin Euphoric-based mocktails paired with light bites. One of the most popular offerings at Well Bar is the Roots and Grains salad, which combines roasted baby red & yellow beets, quinoa, dried fruits, herb goat cheese, balsamic pearls, edible flowers, baby heirloom tomatoes, all topped with a drizzle of chimichurri vinaigrette.

Signature treatment: One of our most popular and unique signature treatments is the Alchemy Mud & Crystal Wrap, complete with a mask of indigenous mud that helps eliminate toxins, soften the skin, promote circulation and ease aches and pains. We follow the mud mask with a specialized blend of essential oils accompanied by crystal therapy optimal results. Each crystal is carefully chosen to enhance every guest’s unique energy and chakra needs. Guests can also opt for an astrology reading to accompany this treatment.

Most unique treatment: Our Dream Room is one of two locations in the United States that offer custom Dream Beds imported from Italy. In the Dream Room, we offer two treatments, the Desert Oasis Massage and the Grounding Quartz Crystal Massage. The first option has guests lying between pillows of a water mattress that we warm from underneath, giving them a weightless feeling. They receive a full-body massage that mirrors the flow and bounce of the water, as the table inclines and declines for lymphatic drainage. During the Grounding Quartz Crystal Massage, guests will lie on a bed of warm, tiny, rounded quartz pebbles, which surround the body for a cocoon grounding sensation. The stones relieve aches and provide energy base treatment during the massage, while the table inclines and declines to aid lymphatic drainage.

Insider’s favorite: It’s so hard to choose but one of my favorites is the Chakra and Sound Massage, which is a full-body, aromatic massage using seven essential oil blends corresponding with each of the seven chakras’ vibrational energies. One of the most unique aspects is that this massage uses the sound of ‘ohm’ to soothe muscle aches and pains, increase energy levels, and release tension.

Wellness offerings: We offer everything from yoga on the Paradise Lawn, Boga Fit and Hydrofit classes at our Catalina Pool, and mat pilates, to a neighborhood walking tour and even three Har-Tru tennis courts and four pickleball courts. We also offer private and semi-private lessons for each sport, along with tennis clinics and round robin pickleball matches.
