Super Stylish Tie Dye Clothing, Accessories, and More

One of the hottest trends at the moment is tie-dye, and while it may remind you of your childhood days spent at summer camp or the hippie culture from the ‘60s and ‘70s, the art of tie-dying has actually been around for much longer. It dates back to as early as 4,000 B.C. in India, where a form of tie-dye known as “bandhani” is used to decorate textiles through dye.

Another popular tie-dye technique is Shibori, which is an eastern Japanese version of fabric manipulation that uses a variety of resist dyeing techniques (and most commonly used with indigo dye).
