Martinhal Sagres Beach Family Resort, located in Portugal’s unspoiled Algarve coast, will host the &Breathe team of specialists for a post-natal retreat dedicated to getting fit, eating well, and feeling good with a new baby in tow.
The retreat will bring young parents together in a relaxed, 5-star setting to Europe’s most family-friendly destination, Portugal, to settle into their new parent identities together surrounded by stunning natural scenery. Through a series of specially-designed daily fitness classes, meditation and mindfulness sessions, guests have the opportunity to rehabilitate their bodies and minds in a supportive environment.
&Breathe has also worked with Martinhal’s expert chefs to curate a special menu in conjunction with the retreat, including creative, healthy meals built from regional ingredients and fresh Mediterranean flavors, and saving room for a glass of wine. With childcare included, the retreat is the perfect time for partners to reconnect with themselves and each other (and maybe sneak in a date night!) in a world that’s become all about the baby.
