Mindful Eating/Mindful Drinking: The Simplicity of Self Care Session 2

Mohonk Mountain House, the iconic castle resort in New York’s Hudson Valley, has launched a Mindfulness in May webinar series to help viewers fight against the stresses and anxieties caused by the pandemic.

For the month of May, Nina Smiley, Ph.D., the director of mindfulness programming at Mohonk, has been leading free webinar sessions every Monday at 2 and 8 pm. During each seminar, Nina will explore timely topics, such as maintaining healthy relationships and eating mindfully, to help viewers find balance as they stay at home for social distancing.

Learning to make skillful choices regarding food and drink can be simple, if we allow it to be. Moment-to-moment awareness paired with curiosity and some simple self-questions can help you work towards lasting change. Two sessions will be offered.
