Retreat Activities: Attendees are encouraged to relax on the white sand beaches and hike through the foothills, while discovering safe and gentle plant allies to incorporate into their daily health and wellness routines. Enjoy daily yoga, meditation, energy and breath work practices, and holistic health and wellness workshops.
Notable Highlight: Eugenia Merkoulov, Plant Medicine Yoga Founder and holistic wellness guide, will be leading guests in a Hatha-style practice in the cabana-style yoga shala, as well as providing guided meditations and breath work exercises, workshops on traditional herbal medicine, and more. Merkoulov follows in the footsteps of five generations of Slavic medicine women, and will be working with local Priestess and Shamanic Practitioner Tahirah Abu Bakr to ground and restore in a traditional healing circle and connect with the surrounding environment.
