Our latest Beauty Boss is Philipp von Holtzendorff-Fehling, Founder and CEO of Leela Quantum Tech and Quantum Upgrade—an innovative line of energy healing products that are designed to increase energy levels, activate one’s inner power and vitality, and bring balance and harmony into people’s lives by transmitting essential healing and nutritional elements into the body.
Also a coach and energy healer, von Holtzendorff-Fehling went through two decades of training in shamanic and other energy healing practices, and ultimately developed his own line of cutting-edge products that can improve health, wellness, and significant energetic support. Leela Quantum Tech’s product line includes jewelry, water bottles, clothing, pet collars, and other items that are charged with quantum energy and special healing frequencies.
We chatted with von Holtzendorff-Fehling who shared the inspiration behind his innovative brand, secrets for success, best advice, and much more.
When was Leela Quantum Tech founded and what does the name mean?
Leela Quantum Tech was founded in 2020 and was named after my son Leela, the word deriving from the ancient Sanskrit word meaning “Divine Play.”
You’ll also notice that most of the Leela Quantum Tech’s products are gold. This was chosen because of the inherent qualities that gold represents: wisdom, understanding, and enlightenment. It inspires knowledge and a deep understanding of ourselves and our souls.
What inspired the creation of the brand?
Leela Quantum Tech was created to spread awareness about the power of quantum energy healing. We create products that allow consumers to easily bring quantum energy healing into their daily lives. Before creating the brand, I was a corporate executive and board member at large organizations, and I was also the vice president of T-Mobile. During this stage in my life, I constantly worked through blockages and barriers that prevented me from authentically connecting with my true self.
In my search for answers to feel more connected to my inner being, I began to realize that many of the energy products on the market offered only weak amounts of quantum healing (if any), and very few worked with actual quantum energy.
From this observation, I felt an inner calling to provide cutting-edge products to the everyday person so they too could improve their overall health, wellness, and energy levels. Together with a top-notch healer network, I began to develop the technology behind our products, which uses a protocol that works without any electric or magnetic brute force (which actually adds energetic distress to our bodies).

What is quantum energy healing and what are some of its benefits?
Quantum energy healing is an energy therapy technique that is used to unlock blocked areas of life. Future plans for the brand?
We’ll continue to make quantum energy healing accessible to the everyday person, while also bridging the educational gap around the broader energy healing topic. These efforts are continually supported by our ongoing research that brings these topics to the forefront of wellness and technology conversations.

Who inspires you?
To just name a couple: Nikola Tesla inspires me due to his deep understanding of Aether and his incredible inventions. Shaolin monks inspire me because of their amazing ability to focus energy. I’m also inspired by people who truly have the best for humanity at heart.
Secret to success?
My personal “secret” is to:
Follow your heart and do what you love.
Combine what you do because of #1 with truly trying to help people.
View success not as a financial function, but as a function of how much it helps others and how much it fulfills you.
Maintain inner balance.
Beauty secrets?
Eat a clean diet—what you’re putting into your body will reflect on the outside. If you’re eating processed foods, not drinking enough water, etc., you’ll start to see the effects in your body. I like to be very conscious of the foods I consume, always placing food in a Leela Quantum Tech Bloc to charge for at least three minutes, allowing for my body to be able to receive the full amount of nutrients possible. I also practice a lot of kundalini yoga, play tennis, spend time with my family, and I love to play with our dog. All of that keeps me happy, healthy, and young.
Wellness tips?
Moving my body daily really helps me to have a clearer mindset. Playing tennis and practicing kundalini yoga are some of my favorite hobbies. I notice that being able to be physically active improves my overall wellness. Also, I wear my Leela Quantum H.E.A.L.® Energy Capsule necklace, which protects me from harmful EMFs, allowing me to think more clearly and have more energy throughout my day.
Best advice?
I quote Nikola Tesla: “If you want to understand the secrets of the universe (I’m adding: “and yourself!”), you need to think in terms of energy, frequency, and vibration.”
Favorite way to relax?
It actually depends on the level of relaxation I need; to just tune out, I like to play chess. To really relax my mind, I love to walk on the beach, lie in the sun, or do shavasana (the last pose of a yoga practice).
