To support unemployed beauty professionals in the community during the current pandemic, eSalon has developed the Color Muse Pro Program—a new program to financially support color professionals. Through the program, they plan to partner with licensed colorists and enable them to continue to provide a level of service and personalization for clients when not in their salon chair, while also earning supplemental income.

Here’s how it works:

  • Apply & Share with Clients. After filling out a quick application, professionals will receive a unique URL to share with their clients that takes them to eSalon’s Custom Hair Color quiz.

  • Help Clients Create Custom Color. Stylists will walk their clients through the quiz to craft their custom hair color over the phone, FaceTime or Zoom (eSalon’s quiz is reviewed by the company’s in-house colorists who formulate unique color combinations specifically tailored to each client thanks to the brand’s patented technology. To-date, eSalon has developed over 215K unique color combos!)

  • Up Close and Personal Application Tutorial. Once clients receive their color (which also comes with all the application tools needed, as well as shampoo and conditioner), stylists can walk them through a step-by-step expert application.

  • Earn Money. As part of the Color Muse Pro Program, licensed colorists will receive $20 for every first-time custom color order and $5 for every order after that (eSalon’s custom color ranges from $22-$25).

Through the program, eSalon will partner with licensed colorists and help them continue to provide other services outside of the salon for clients while earning supplemental income.

eSalon also just announced its Healthcare Workers Giveaway, donating free hair color for an entire year to healthcare workers every week in May (x10 chosen healthcare workers each week, valued at almost 13K) by tagging a healthcare worker on eSalon's Instagram

During these trying times, they have donated 100,000 medical gloves to the Greater Los Angeles VA Healthcare System and CareMore to help meet their growing demand for medical supplies, and has made financial contributions to Los Angeles Regional FoodBank , Les Restos du Cœur in France, FareShare in the UK and Die Tafel in Germany to support communities.
