Brittany Tatiana, Founder of Sweet Tata’s Lifestyle Brand, has teamed up with Papa and Barkley to bring pop-up sound bath healing experiences to Los Angeles. Tatiana explains that the experience is a great way to relax and dive into a more peaceful state as we transition from summer to fall.

The experience is intended to provide a true escape that will calm the mind and raise your vibration. It will be available in several locations throughout Los Angeles including Hollywood, West Los Angeles, Downtown Los Angeles, and Inglewood. The immersive sound bath will merge the transformational properties of crystal, Tibetan bowls, and other musical instruments with the grounding and heart-opening properties of hemp.

“Whether it be the sounds of the city, or birds chirping, or complete silence in the background, each journey and location will be a true escape, a chance to meditate, and to set forth positive change within,” Tatiana shares. “Take a break from the rat race of the city, allow yourself to find freedom in an unsuspecting place, while letting go in an unexpected way...give your body the gift of relaxation as you escape in the city...chasing the sun.”

What to Expect:

  • Settle in and explore Papa and Barkley a half hour before the experience

  • One hour with an introduction, opening circle and cleansing (10 minutes), followed by a 40 to 45- minute sound bath, and 10 minutes of decompression

  • The use of sage, palo santo, essentials oils, and/or other holistic and cleansing items

  • The option to use hemp oil and topicals during your journey.

  • During the sound bath:

    • Soothing, resonant sound from singing bowls and other musical instruments

    • An immersive and expansive sound experience that will give your mind and body the freedom to truly relax and truly let go

    • A sense of calm and freedom in your mind and body

    • You may enter a dream-like or meditative state

    • Releasing and opening up—you may feel emotional as things begin to ‘un-stick’

  • A safe, non-judgemental, and open space held by Tatiana with true care and attention.
