Forgrave Partners With ByClio and Salted Butter Company for Special Menu Items on International Tea Day

Today (May 21) is International Tea Day, and modern tea atelier Forgrave has partnered with two popular bakeries on both coasts to offer several limited-time menu items. Founded by ITMA-certified tea sommelier Catherine Hicks Cosgrove, Forgrave draws its inspiration from art, architecture, and cultural traditions and includes a lined of tea blends, tea ware, and other tea-related accessories.
In New York, Forgrave has teamed up with ByClio in Brooklyn, known for Chef Clio Goodman's wildly creative, globally-inspired flavors like Thai Tea Passionfruit and Tandoori Masala Chocolate Chip.
In Los Angeles, the brand will be popping up at Salted Butter Company in Pasadena, a popular neighborhood bakery that was originally started by Haruna Romo in her apartment kitchen and has quickly grown into one of the city’s most-loved spots for scratch-baked pastries and really croissants featuring the finest salted butter.
Both places will be featuring Forgrave teas on May 21, with special menu items using Catherine’s curated blends including a unique pastry and cake made with Boy’s Club (her take on black tea) alongside iced tea service of Bright Side (a twist on earl grey) and Avant Garden (a light white tea).
