1. Movie Scenes

Translating screen grabs from movies has become a signature look. I love using four nails as one entire canvas and hand-painting a continuous scene. 

2. Natural Gems & Stones

Using acrylic to encapsulate custom mixes of mylars, pigments, additives, etc., is a really great way to emulate very realistic-looking natural gemstones.

3. High Jewelry

Going beyond just adding Swarovski to nails is actually using different shapes of Swarovski to emulate real pieces of high jewelry (inspired by pieces from Harry Winston, Graff, or even historical pieces from museums).

4. Food/Drink/Product Nails

Recreating iconic food product labels can be both technically challenging and fun to wear. Using different nail products to replicate texture of packaging can be immensely satisfying.

5. Clear Nails

Clear nails are definitely something I like to incorporate in all my nail looks. They allow for the illusion that things are suspended in air or just floating on the nail. The way the light passes through clear acrylic nails can be incredibly satisfying as well.
