Have Dinner and Discover Tonics With Goldthread Founder William Siff and Common Table Creative

On February 7, 2019, join Goldthread Founder William Siff and Common Table Creative at Goldthread headquarters in Santa Monica, California for a special Plantventure experience. Together, you will explore the power of Mediterranean cuisine, plants and herbs over a zero waste plant-based dinner that will include tonic pairings and live music.

Goldthread and Common Table Creative have partnered with Imperfect Produce, who shares their vision to eliminate food waste and build a better food system for everyone. The menu will include tasty items such as acorn squash and Aleppo pepper, baked pears and blueberries, and other creative and healthy dishes prepared by Chef Rebecca Kooking (@rebeccakooking).

Music for the evening will be by Zeraphina (@zeraphinaquenbymusic). Tickets to the event cost $150 per person, and a portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Los Angeles Food Policy Council.
