Spa Profile: Hotel Bel-Air Spa
As soon as you step inside, you’re greeted with a cozy and soothing atmosphere with soft lighting, calming scents, and the gentle sound of trickling water. The décor is modern and elegant, with natural materials including wood and stone and design accents of gold and marble.
Before my massage, I was invited to unwind in a plush lounge area with warm herbal tea, fruit-infused water and a variety of snacks. The small lounge overlooks a pretty outdoor patio.
Mirroring the rest of the hotel’s inspired-by-nature design, the spa features warm red oak floors, hand-painted walls, three-dimensional floral ceilings and cashmere throws on velvet chaise lounges.
State-of-the-art facilities include seven treatment rooms plus a steam room, private nail salon, relaxation lounge and an adjacent 24-hour fitness studio.
Locker room highlights include private marble rain showers and a mosaic-tiled steam room with twinkling LED lights.
I received the Bliss Massage, a soothing treatment infused with a healing blend of CBD, lavender, and avocado. My masseuse combined Swedish and deep tissue techniques to relax, rejuvenate and ease my muscle tension.
Other treatments offered at Hotel Bel-Air’s Spa include a Signature Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Reflexology Massage, Scalp and Foot Therapy, and an aromatherapy experience including lymphatic drainage. Their signature Valmont Treatment, Vitality of the Stars, includes a detoxifying facial using Valmont cellular collagen masks.
