Hotel Cerro in San Luis Obispo to Open Central Coast-Inspired Spa
Hotel Cerro, the first full-service luxury hotel to open in San Luis Obispo, California, will include a state-of-the-art spa that will lay at the heart of the property’s vast array of amenities. Spa Cerro will feature a nature-inspired design, accompanied by a comprehensive menu of treatments that draw from natural elements of the region surrounding the area, with spa services designed to restore physical equilibrium and make each guest feel relaxed and rejuvenated.
The spa’s treatments will incorporate all-natural, organic skin care with a variety of botanical and sea elements, and will also feature a selection of spa journeys that guests can experience, including a 2.5 hour-long Zen Renewal.
“We are very excited to share the makings of our beautiful, land-meets-sea spa,” says Spa Manager Michele Mignone. “For example, our quiet room’s design was inspired by the vast kelp forests off the shore of SLO and Monterey counties. Like the rest of the hotel, Spa Cerro strives to marry the ultimate in luxury with artful design and ecological consciousness, both in design and products. Our treatments will nurture the mind, body and spirit, and provide restorative and wellness benefits to each guest.”
The hotel’s amenities include a rooftop pool deck with 360-degree views of the surrounding rolling hills and countryside, water walls, private cabanas, a fully-equipped fitness center, and much more.
Hotel Cerro, located at 1125 Garden Street between Marsh Street and Higuera Street in downtown San Luis Obispo, is projected to open in late summer of 2019. For more information and reservations, please visit hotelcerro.com and follow them on Instagram: @hotelcerroslo
