Glo Boise
670 E Riverpark Lane, Suite 130, Boise, ID 83706; (208) 344-0594
Glo Boise dubs itself “a comprehensive aesthetic spa,” which offers a wide variety of beauty and well-being treatments including facials, massages, eyelash lifts and extensions, and waxing. They also offer higher-tech options such as chemical peels, plasma pens, permanent makeup, injectables, and laser treatments.
One of the services we recommend booking is the plasma pen treatment. Without invasive surgery, this treatment can reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. If you’re interested in a facial treatment, we’d suggest the alkaline wash. During this treatment, a practitioner will use alkaline water to clear out extra sebum from your pores. This helps reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, acne scars, and aging spots.
To book an appointment visit Glo Boise’s booking page, send an email to globoisespa@gmail.com or call the number above. Services are by appointment only and that Glo Boise’s business hours are Monday through Saturday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. If you can’t make it during those times, you can call the spa to schedule your treatment.
Organic Origins Spa
1786 W State Street, Boise, ID 83702; (208) 331-1786
Walking into Organic Origins Spa is almost as relaxing as getting a treatment there—almost. Their services include therapeutic massages, cupping therapy, facials, body scrubs, mud detox treatments, hair removal, and peels. They also offer packages for people looking to spend an entire day relaxing. The Ultimate Spa Pampering Package is a three-and-a-half-hour experience that includes a hot stone massage and a facial.
If you’re on a budget, you might want to try the 50-minute therapeutic massage—which would cost $79 on your first visit and $120 thereafter. You can also opt for add-ons like aromatherapy, a cold or hot pack, and cold or hot stones. If a facial is more your speed, you can choose the Acne-Clarifying Facial, the Gentleman’s Facial, or the Triple Berry Brightening Facial (we especially recommend this facial if you want your skin to glow!)
Organic Origins Spa is open from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Monday as well as Wednesday through Thursday. It is also open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Tuesday and 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Sunday. Book your appointment online or email: reservations@organicoriginsspa.com.
Silver Creek Massage Spa
5618 W State Street, Boise, ID 83703; (208) 853-3377
Between services and available add-ons, Silver Creek Massage Spa offers plenty of options for relaxation. Services include massages like a deep tissue or Swedish massage; facials for your face and back; waxing for face and intimate areas; and skincare treatments by Aveda.
One treatment we’d opt for is the Scalp and Head Massage. Not only does it help decrease stress and reduce anxiety, but massaging the scalp can help promote hair growth and boost circulation. Another unique offering on their menu is Back Walking (Ashiatsu massage), where a massage therapist uses their feet in conjunction with their hands to perform deep, gravity-assisted compressive strokes to conduct the massage.
The spa is open daily from 9:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. Call the number above to reserve your appointment. If you have any questions, you can also email: info@silvercreekmassagespa.com.

Spa Urbana is a certified green spa that only uses reef-safe and cruelty-free products in their treatments. The spa also offers multiple options for holistic massages, facials, and chemical peels.
One of the spa services we recommend is the 80-minute Microgreens Detox Body Treatment for ultra-soft skin. They also offer an assortment of facials by Eminence Organic Skin Care including the Kombucha Glow Facial, Marine Flower Peptide Facial, Superfood Radiance Facial, and more. To wrap up an ideal self-care day, book the Coconut Firming Massage, which is a Swedish massage that offers anti-aging, hydrating, and firming benefits.
Appointments can be made online. The spa is closed on Monday. Normal business hours are Tuesday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Wednesday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Valère Salon & Spa
1115 N Cole Road, Boise, ID 83704; (986) 210-6653
Valère Salon & Spa is Boise’s premier Aveda Salon that offers treatments that will leave hair shiny and voluminous, in addition to spa services. You can sweat it out in the infrared sauna before you get a massage or a facial, and you can also get an organic spray tan or get your teeth whitened.
One great treatment to try is the Dead Sea Salt Body Scrub, which uses Dead Sea salt to exfoliate skin and promote hydration in addition to hot towels that relax the muscles. You can also add a scalp treatment to your massage for $30. It starts with an exfoliation of the scalp and concludes with the practitioner applying oil to your scalp to refresh and hydrate.
The spa is open Tuesday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., Saturday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and is closed on Monday. You can book your appointment online or call the number above.
