Kat Von D Beauty Launches Vegan Longwear Cake Pencil Eyeliner

Kat Von D Beauty is famous for its cult favorite liquid eyeliner, Tattoo Liner. The brand just launched a new 100% vegan and cruelty-free eyeliner, Cake Pencil. It comes in a cream-to-powder pencil that combines creaminess and intense pigments.

Cake Pencil's budge-resistant and waterproof, easy-to-use formula is available in three shades: Trooper Black, White Out, and Mad Max Brown. The new eyeliner is available at Sephora and Kat Von D Beauty for $19.
