La Prairie Spa at The Ritz-Carlton New York, Central Park has debuted a new rejuvenating menu and fresh design to complement the hotel’s reawakening, uniting the elegant artistry of Swiss precision with the exclusive tranquility and matchless hospitality of The Ritz-Carlton.
Located in the heart of midtown Manhattan, the spa features intricate details designed with intimate luxury and innovation in mind. Its refreshed color scheme includes soothing neutral tones of beige, mahogany, and suede gray paired with carpeting that evokes nature captured in Central Park.
“We are delighted to invite guests—past, present, and future—to a rejuvenated La Prairie Spa experience,” says Christian Davies, Spa Director of La Prairie Spa. “Bringing the spa to new, inspiring heights, the new revitalizing menu truly captures the essence of La Prairie’s heritage while the redesign creates an intimate sanctuary of rejuvenation.”
The revamped spa menu includes customizable facials, in-room experiences, and signature treatments.
Updated treatments and services at the spa include:
Timeless Beauty: This treatment combines a relaxing 90-minute Custom Massage with an age-defying 60-minute Caviar Firming Facial that hydrates, lifts, and firms. The treatment lasts 90 minutes and is available for $550.
Nighttime Rejuvenation Facial: This bedtime ritual is performed in a treatment room or in the comfort of a newly redesigned guest room or suite that uses La Prairie’s celebrated Platinum collection. Two therapists work together to nourish the skin and support nocturnal rejuvenation. The facial lasts 45 minutes and is available for $2,150.
50 Central Park Ritual Massage & 50 Central Park Signature Pedicure: These incorporate the hotel’s signature scent and create an aromatic journey for guests. The 50 Central Park Ritual Massage (90 minutes/$345) draws upon scents from the fragrance, utilizing essential oils to deliver a deep sense of relaxation and personally tailored experience. The 50 Central Park Signature Pedicure (75 minutes/$120) also incorporates the scent, providing an elegantly perfumed and relaxing foot soak with a gentle exfoliation and deep La Prairie hydration before nails are shaped, buffed, and polished to perfection.
The Nighttime Rejuvenation Facial is one of the most restorative treatments on the new menu, and is a bedtime ritual where two therapists work together to nourish skin.
This spring, La Prairie Spa will be complemented by additional wellness experiences including a brand new Fitness Center and Movement Studio with FitnessOnDemand programming.
