Montage Palmetto Bluff has debuted a year-long Well Living series for 2023, focused on enriching one’s life by celebrating the diversity of life, people, and connections.
Beloved South Carolina luxury resort Montage Palmetto Bluff kicked off 2023 with the debut of Well Living, a year-long series that is focused on enriching one’s life by celebrating the diversity of life, people, and connections.

Every month the series will be centered around various themes that range from celebrating the earth and women to diversity and inclusion, among others. Last month, the theme for January was focused on renewal and offered guests an array of workshops and activities centered on well-being in every form—body, mind and soul—and designed to enhance and inspire the pursuit of health, balance, mindfulness, and connectivity.
Each month, the series will be centered around themes ranging from celebrating the earth, women, diversity, inclusion, and more.
Montage Palmetto Bluff’s Well Living series is a signature approach to wellness designed to cultivate connection and community through physical, spiritual and mental renewal. We recognize that wellness is a journey unique to the individual,” says Livia Reddington, the Director of Spa at Montage Palmetto Bluff. “Throughout the year we will collaborate with an array of talented artists, wellness practitioners, culinarians and speakers to create immersive and experiential experiences both in group settings and private one-on-one sessions to discover new forms of renewal, movement, creative therapy, nourishment, serenity and purpose.”
The theme for February is Honoring Black Heritage and Love, with an array of art and culinary programming to display the rich tapestry of culture that contributes to the community. The Well Living Series also looks to foster love in the month of February through laughter and meaningful connections with one another, as the diversity of life and love are integral parts to Well Living.
Highlights from February Well Living events include a KNESKO Specialty pop-up in Spa Montage, the launch of a partnership with Montage Palmetto Bluff and Phillip Ashley Chocolates, specialty brunches and dinners, and more. View the month’s offerings here.
