Recipe: Shangri-La Hotel, Tokyo’s Shangri-La Moscow Mule with Spice-Infused Vodka
This unique drink recipe from Shangri-La Hotel, Tokyo features two in one: the Shangri-La Moscow Mule and a bonus recipe that includes the steps to create your own spiced vodka, which can be used for a number of other cocktails. You can create your own bespoke spiced vodka using your favorite tea leaves, which make the options truly endless!

Shangri-La Moscow Mule
Ingredients:
15g Tea Leaf (typically English Breakfast, but can be made with favorite tea leaves)
8 slices of Fresh Ginger
3 Cloves
1/4 Lime
Ginger Beer or Ginger Ale
Angostura Bitters (4 dashes)
Ice
Spice-Infused Vodka Recipe (Place below ingredients into a bottle of vodka. Let set at room temp for 2 days.)
15g Tea Leaf
8 slices of Fresh Ginger
3 Cloves
Directions:
Muddle cut lime in the cup and put on cracked ice.
Pour Spice-Infused Vodka and Ginger Beer or Ginger Ale.
Mix it up and splash Angostura Bitters on top.
