Spring is officially here. The weather is warming up, the flowers are blooming, and it could be just the right time for a much-needed socially distanced wellness getaway. After the stressful year we’ve all had, a little relaxation could go a long way in helping us feel refreshed and hopeful. After all, isn’t that what spring is all about?

According to a recent TripAdvisor survey, half of U.S. respondents are planning a trip this spring, with millennials leading in the travel plans. Of those surveyed, “58% of millennial respondents are planning a trip this spring (compared to 50% of all age groups).” Some of the other trends that we are seeing this spring are “outdoor, socially-distanced trips” and many are hoping to visit sunny sites near an ocean.

If you’re looking for relaxing spa days, outdoor fun, ocean views, and more fabulous spring adventures, we’ve got you covered. Here are 14 wellness travel ideas that feature relaxing spas to help you plan your spring vacation or future adventures.
