Neiman Marcus has teamed up with Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek to offer guests a personalized luxury shopping experience.

As a result of COVID-19, many traditional retailers are reimagining ways to engage shoppers by focusing on personalized shopping experiences. Neiman Marcus has partnered with Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek in Dallas, Texas to offer the ultimate private shopping experience from the comfort of the hotel’s top suites.

Luxury Gift Items From Hotels Around the World

The partnership provides early access to the brand’s flagship store and guests can participate in a personal consultation with one of the Neiman Marcus’ sophisticated stylists to align exactly on what they’re looking for. Afterwards, a custom selection of high-end designer clothing and accessories is hand-delivered to the guests’ suite, giving them the option to browse and shop in the comfort of their own room.

In addition to private early access to the brand’s flagship store, guests can also participate in a personal consultation with one of the brand’s sophisticated stylists.

There is no end date for the partnership and there is no additional cost for these benefits. The offer is only available to guests staying in The Mansion’s top suites including the Turtle Creek Suite, Rosewood Suite, and Penthouse. One week advance notice is required for booking and the private shopping experience is available Monday through Saturday.
