Sign Up for a Puppy Yoga Class With Adorable Adoptable Dogs at The Langham Huntington, Pasadena
If you’re looking for a fun new workout to try, The Langham Huntington, Pasadena recently added Puppy Yoga classes to its offerings. The luxury hotel in Pasadena, CA has partnered with Pup Culture Rescue, a local nonprofit animal rescue organization, to offer 50-minute yoga flow classes with adorable adoptable puppies.

The classes are taught by Langham fitness instructor Anne Harriger and can accommodate up to 30 people. The next Puppy Yoga class will be held on September 22 at 6 p.m. in the hotel’s Horseshoe Garden. Puppy yoga can also be requested for private groups and events at the hotel.
While yoga offers many health benefits such as improved strength and flexibility, better posture and balance, stress reduction, and better sleep, puppy yoga offers additional benefits including enhanced relaxation, better concentration and focus, and an increased sense of well-being and connection with others around you.
