The Benefits of Halotherapy

Valley Salt Cave offers both community and private sessions in their salt caves, which have relaxing features including zero-gravity chairs, a salt water cascade, warm blankets, and meditative music. In addition to salt cave sessions, Valley Salt Cave offers regular wellness events and experiences such as immersive sound baths, salty yoga, and more.

Why You’ll Love It: Our guests love our Himalayan Salt Cave and Himalayan Salt Rooms. They also love the community that we have created in a very short time. Many of our clients and healers have become friends of ours and friends with each other.

Key Features: We have a large Himalayan Salt Cave that can fit up to 14 zero-gravity chairs. We also have a Himalayan Salt Room that can fit up to six zero-gravity chairs and a smaller Himalayan Salt Room that can fit either four zero-gravity chairs or two Massage/Reiki tables. We have two bathrooms in our suite and lockers for valuables as well as a retail area.

The primary service that we offer is Dry Salt Therapy or Halotherapy, whereby we aerolize tiny particles of medical grade salt into our Himalayan Salt Cave and Rooms. It assists with upper respiratory issues, stress and anxiety, sleeping and snoring, and skin issues. The other services that we provide are Salty Yoga, Sound Baths, Guided Meditation and EFT Tapping, Breathwork, Salty Massages, and Salty Reiki.

Valley Salt Cave has two salt caves where guests can enjoy relaxing halotherapy sessions.

Bonus: Our Salt Cave is available for private events such as birthday parties, bachelorettes and baby showers, etc. Our location has also served as a venue for television shows.

Snacks Served: We have a water cooler as it is good to hydrate before and after every salt session. We do not allow any food or liquids into our Himalayan Salt Cave or Rooms as it is a sanitary environment and if the liquids spill, it will melt the salt on the floor.

Guests can also experience a massage in the private Himalayan Salt Room.

Insider’s Favorite: Our favorite treatment is a Sound Bath in our Himalayan Salt Cave with one of our amazing Sound Healers.

Splurge Treatment: Our most luxurious “splurge” treatment is a one-hour couples massage in our private Himalayan Salt Room for $350.
