We chatted with Spa Director Jacqueline Kneebone, who recommended spa treatments, shared insider tips, and more:

Why You’ll Love It: Guests are attracted to our combination of aesthetics, massage, and alternative services they are able to receive from our team of internationally qualified therapists. They are also blown away by our extensive list of niche wellness brands, all of which are unique and have been carefully selected.

We often receive praise for our diverse range of fully curated signature treatments like the “Hot Basalt Booster”—a rejuvenating hot stone therapy add-on using Soveral to knock one’s chakras into shape, and the “Mud Cure” body treatment—a traditional Turkish cleansing ritual using our spa’s very own signature line that includes black soap and exfoliation in the hotel’s Mud Room.

Key Amenities: There are six private treatment rooms, including a couples’ suite and a private thermal suite; nail and grooming lounge, separate ladies’ and gents’ steam rooms with rainfall showers, spa lounge, curated boutique, fitness center with state-of-the-art equipment, free weights, and cardio theatre from Star Trac.

Bonus: When booking our Custom and Custom Guru massage, all guests receive a bespoke blended oil that is created specifically for the requirements they have that day. This is used during the treatment, but to ensure we continue providing them with the benefits they need, a small 15ml bottle of the blend is included for them to take home.

Insider’s Tip: I recommend guests take the time prior to their treatment to decompress and activate their circulatory system. This can be done by a cycle of sessions in our steam room, followed by chilled showers for two minutes; the cycle should be repeated three to four times. This will ensure their treatment, specifically massage, is able to work at a much deeper muscular level, ensuring they get as much value out of their investment—which, is of course, themselves. We always advise resting and recuperating afterwards.

Unique Treatment: Definitely our Bust Blossom Treatment—a bespoke bust massage that includes Dr. Jackson’s Natural Products, it works with all natural remedies to release tension in the thoracic spine and shoulder girdle. This ultimately treats the upper torso and bust, gently opening up their thoracic cavity and draining their solar plexus of all the tension it holds. Our team are also “Wellness for Cancer” trained, and are able to adapt the treatment so it is beneficial for any guest that has undergone cancer treatment or surgery.

Splurge Treatment: I love our Mud Cure, it is so effective and the steam the guest is exposed to during the treatment completely knocks them out, no matter how busy and stressed they are. If a guest is able to, we recommend taking a short break followed by an agua advanced bodywork massage focusing on the back. Their muscles will be warm and relaxed, and their skin will be completely buffed, so deeper techniques will be a lot more effective as will their absorption of essential oils.

Insider’s Favorite: I love them all—we keep our menu concise with the best treatments available that should always be personalized. Every time I try one of them, I am often surprised myself at how good they are, which is a great thing.
