Insider’s Tip: For mothers-to-be, I highly recommend pairing our Mother’s Blessing treatment, which is a cross between a facial and a guided meditation, with a prenatal massage. Some spas struggle to curate treatments tailored to expectant mothers. However, by booking these treatments back-to-back, guests can have a full and comprehensive spa journey that promises to leave them reinvigorated and refreshed.

Snacks Served: We provide an array of refreshments, including fruit-infused iced water featuring lemon, cucumber, and oranges. We also offer herbal and black tea, which can be sweetened with a touch of honey, and a selection of snacks, including fresh apples, trail mix, and yogurt pretzels.

Bonus: The supplies in our locker rooms embody luxury and inclusivity, and are also products that we would use ourselves as spa professionals. No matter your unique skin care or hair care needs, we offer a range of products that will suit you.

We also provide beautiful hand-painted bonbons for guests celebrating a special occasion such as an anniversary or birthday. Our therapists are also encouraged to give them out to guests at their discretion, so they may even offer them to someone who has perhaps had a challenging day and could use an extra reason to smile.

Splurge Treatment: For a truly luxurious experience, I highly recommend pairing treatments together such as the Hemp Seed Scrub and the hour-long CBD Massage. Through these two treatments, you can uncover all the beneficial properties of hemp and CBD, which can help alleviate pain, soothe inflammation, and address skin conditions. We utilize a high-end, clean, and pure massage oil coupled with a high-potency muscle rub to create a truly soothing and healing experience.

Unique Treatment: Our most unique treatment is the Winds of Change, which harmoniously combines energy work with a massage. It’s a great option for guests who want a taste of Sedona but don’t want to go to a psychic. During this 90-minute signature treatment, the therapist takes them on a guided meditation to balance their chakras with oils and crystals, followed by an hour-long massage. Guests frequently encounter profound physical and emotional releases, creating a very transformational experience.

Insider’s Favorite: Currently, my favorite treatment is the Mother’s Blessing—I recommend it to any expecting mother looking to relax and connect with their baby. It starts with a gentle exfoliation of the belly, hands, and feet before moving into a guided meditation that orchestrates a spiritual, psychic, and psychological connection between the mother and baby. While on the meditative journey, a firming belly mask and soothing scalp massage continue to coax the mother into a relaxed and receptive state. The mother might get a vision, word, phrase, or see a scene unfold in the mind’s eye, leaving mothers with an enriched and profound bond with their baby.
