We interviewed Trina Woods, Spa Director of Elaia Spa, to learn more about treatments to try, insider tips, and more.

The hotel’s stunning lobby.

Why You’ll Love It: I would say it’s a tie between our wonderful staff including our incredibly talented therapists, and our large facility with all the necessary amenities for a full-day spa experience.

The hotel is also home to Elaia Spa, which includes a state-of-the-art fitness center and yoga studio.

Key Features: Saline lap pool, hot tub, state-of-the-art fitness center, relaxation lounge, separate men’s and women’s steam, sauna and locker rooms.

Guests also enjoy use of the 65-foot saline lap pool with city views.

Snacks Served: Our relaxation lounge is complete with complimentary fresh seasonal fruit, local chocolates, seasonal trail mix, and a variety of teas.

Elaia Spa is an eco-friendly spa that uses organic, locally-sourced products in every treatment.

Bonus: We offer valet parking at a much-discounted rate for spa guests (which is a huge perk in downtown Seattle!)

Insider’s Tip: If you can, weekdays are the best as the spa and hotel tend to be quieter and you can really take full advantage of all the amenities.

Spa guests can unwind in the relaxation lounge before and after services.

Splurge Treatment: For couples we offer the Couples Classic, this treatment features a private soak in our Japanese soaking tub with a glass of champagne, followed by side-by-side massages. The experience finishes off with a Couples Organic Pedicure.

A variety of manicures and pedicures are also offered at the spa.

Unique Treatment: The Olive Therapy. This service is 120 minutes and features a body scrub, wrap, and massage all using hand crafted products that come from the olive tree.

Elaia Spa offers a wide range of treatments in luxurious rooms.

Insider’s Favorite: Our CBD Radiance Facial is my favorite service. I love facial services in general, but this service is ultra-relaxing with extra massage and the anti-inflammatory properties of CBD that leave skin clear and glowing in the end.

The spa also has a couple’s suite with a private soaking tub and shower.

Featured Products: Eminence Organic Skin Care, Luzern, Vital Body Therapeutics, Massage Cannabyss, and several other local artisan companies for retail.
