We chatted with Natalie Rowe, CEO of Float Luxury Spa, who shared favorite treatments and amenities, insider tips, and more:

Snacks Served: We offer an assortment of herbal teas, a daily selection of fruit-infused spa water, trail mix, assorted dried fruits and nuts, and indulgent yogurt pretzels!

Bonus: We host many private parties at Float and love helping guests celebrate special occasions! We offer catering and champagne to compliment any spa party, and as a bonus we offer the seventh treatment complimentary for larger parties—a gift to the bride, bachelorette, or birthday celebrant!

Insider’s Tip: Come early to enjoy the amenities and truly take advantage of our urban oasis. The extra time to relax before and after your services will make the difference in your experience, truly allowing you to keep the “floating” feeling going long after your treatment ends! We also have many questions on our intake form to truly customize your experience, from aromatherapy scent and preferred level of conversation to specific music selection. Unique Treatment: It’s so hard to say! Our Acu-Massage is an awesome combination of acupuncture and massage performed by a doctor of Chinese medicine—the perfect antidote to stress and tension.

Our Ultimate Body Ritual is what we describe as one of our “best of both worlds” body treatments because it incorporates a scrub and a wrap. The ultimate in skin rejuvenation, this luxurious treatment begins with a full-body exfoliation. Next, you will be pampered with a green tea and seaweed body mask, which works to nourish and purify the skin. A steam canopy follows, cocooning your body while you receive a relaxing scalp massage with our hydrating coconut milk. Finally, enjoy a massage using the essential oil body lotion of your choice. Enough to simply float away…

Splurge Treatment: For the ultimate splurge, try our “Decadent” package! Guests enjoy an 80-minute customized facial, and during the last 25-minutes while the esthetician performs a neck and décolleté massage, a massage therapist also enters the room to perform an arm and leg massage. A fully customized 80-minute facial along with a four-hand massage—the result is glowing, radiant skin and the most blissful state of relaxation!

Insider’s Favorite: It really is so hard to say because they are all so unique and our therapists are so incredible, but I’m a huge fan of a good long Deep Tissue Massage—or on a colder day, a Sea Stone Massage. Both of those melt away my stress and tension, and soften sore muscles.

I’m also partial to the Fire and Ice Facial, which uses IS Clinical and leaves my face looking so refreshed! We just recently added the Bellabaci Facial Cupping as a facial enhancement and it’s incredible! If feels amazing, but also helps with plumping and increasing blood flow to leave skin looking rejuvenated and glowing!

Featured Products: In our facials, we use Epicuren, IS Clinical, and Juara. For our massages, we use Epicuren’s 50/50 lotion, a facial-grade quality lotion that incorporates the essential oil of our guests’ choosing. In our body treatments, we use Epicuren, Juara, and we also recently added a Tone + Tighten Body Wrap by Elemis, which is fantastic for detoxifying and reducing the appearance of cellulite. We will soon be bringing in a CBD massage, using an incredible line of CBD lotions that we also sell in retail. In addition to these amazing lines, we also retail products from Little Barn Apothecary, Bodha, and various gift items!
