A 90-minute or 120-minute gives the therapist plenty of time to give you a full-body session while also targeting specific focus areas.

Unique Treatment: 1. A 60-minute or 90-minute Active Therapy Sports Massage with either Cold Stone Therapy or Dynamic Cupping to ease sore muscles and decrease inflammation. 2. A Swedish massage with lymphatic drainage techniques, and add Dry Brushing to increase blood flow and exfoliate the skin.
