At Milagro Wellness Spa, guests experience treatments inspired by regional ancestral Mexican traditions. We caught up with Spa Manager Elsa Hernández, who shared more insider information and tips about the beautiful, rustic Mexican spa.

Key Features: Our spa features hydrotherapy, including sauna, steam, jacuzzi, and a fabulous indoor pool that provides pressure focused on cervical areas, the shoulders, and lower back. The pool features a counter-current that brings relief to the soles of the feet. The spa has a beautiful ocean view that makes the experience even more extraordinary, accompanied by an artistic Mexican atmosphere from the hand-painted murals by local Mexican artists in each room.

The spa boasts five rooms with a majestic view of the sea—four individual rooms and a double-room perfect for a romantic couples’ treatment. The double-room includes a tub and a luxurious, wide Swiss shower that offers a beautiful view of the ocean and our hilltop chapel, a characteristic touch of Los Cabos. Milagro Spa also features a beauty salon with three hairstyling stations and two nail stations equipped with massage chairs for the best comfort and service experience.

Spa snacks: We offer seeds, nuts, and dried fruits as snacks to our guests, as well as refreshing rosemary, pineapple, and strawberry infusions. After their treatment is completed, guests can enjoy a relaxing cup of tea in their room or the jacuzzi area. We also offer Greek yogurt with a touch of activated charcoal and cranberry.

Insider’s Favorite: Teocalli Mud Massage. This treatment is unique because it combines the benefits of Swedish massage with the properties of Teocalli butter mixed with honey, amaranth, chia, prickly pear, and sea clay.

Splurge Treatment: Haab Ritual. A space designed to share a unforgettable relaxation experience. Couples receive a deep muscle massage and end with a bath in our special Swedish shower.
