The Roman bathing circuit includes a tepidarium with steam and warm, relaxing waters.

Splurge Treatment: I recommend our Reverse Signature Facial by Seed To Skin (90 minutes). It’s a luxurious facial treatment that helps defy aging and induces deep internal balance.

The spa’s frigidarium has cold water for a cooling, refreshing dip.

Insider’s Favorite: My favorite treatment is the Herbal Healing Hammam, which cleanses your body from head to toe. It takes place in a humid steam room, where a hammam therapist will douse you with water before applying soap to your skin and exfoliating it with a Kessa glove.

Six Senses Spa has five treatment rooms including a couples suite and offers a variety of treatments ranging from personalized facials to signature body massages and more.

Most Unique Treatment: One of our most unique treatments is our Sound Journey. We use a selection of beautiful instruments including alchemy crystal bowls and singing bowls. It intends to hold guests in a safe and sacred space, helping them melt into a bubble of peace and receive what their body and mind need.

The hotel also has Earth Lab, a space where guests can learn about and participate in activities such as extracting essential oils from herbs grown in the organic gardens.
