Splurge Treatment: The Vagus Nerve Meditative Massage is one of the more decadent ways to treat yourself to 90 minutes of bliss. Using steaming aromatic compresses, gentle neck, body, and cranial techniques along with an essential oil blend of juniper, chamomile, lavender and jojoba, it helps mitigate feelings of stress while stimulating positivity and well-being.

Guests can spend time in the dry sauna before and after their treatments.

Unique Treatment: Without a doubt, it is our Soul Ritual. Inspired by the way you want to feel, this signature sensory experience encompasses your whole being from your head to your toes and from your heart to your soul. It includes an exfoliating body scrub, healing wrap, and full-body massage with aromatherapy sound bath, breath work, and special attention to your scalp, hands and feet.

The spa also has a beauty wellness studio space connected to a full hair, makeup and nail bar.

Insider’s Favorite: That's like asking me to pick a favorite child! But since you asked, I absolutely love the Gua Sha Sculpt and Lift Facial. The technique can be shifted to incorporate a High Tech version featuring facial massage with the Theraface and light therapy with our Spectraware Lite Mask to tone and tighten, or High Touch with a masterful combination of sculpting massage and lymphatic relief with the Gua Sha stone. I personally love to let our estheticians create a hybrid of the two. My skin never looks better, and the tension relief in the jaw and neck area is restorative.
