Snacks Served: Under the roof of The Lanesborough Club and Spa is a restaurant by the same name, offering all-day healthy dining, developed by The Lanesborough’s expert culinary team. Light bites and high-protein snacks, including poached eggs and omelets are served in addition to a collection of juices, smoothies, and wellness shots. Visitors can also choose from a variety of salads and poke bowls, or main courses such as grass-fed ribeye steak, corn fed chicken breast, or marinated grilled tofu.

Of course, no visit to The Lanesborough Club and Spa would be complete without a Signature Tea, which is made from a blend of turmeric root, apple pieces, liquorice, rosehip, lemon verbena, black peppercorns, and peppermint. The tea is excellently paired with a sweet treat, as visitors can choose from a dessert menu that features carrot cake and coconut chia pudding, to name a few.

Splurge Treatment: The Morpheus8 Face & Neck treatment is certainly the most splurge-worthy treatment on offer right now. In collaboration with The Luxury Aesthetics Group, The Lanesborough Club & Spa have come together to offer visitors with this “non-surgical face-lift.” Morpheus 8 combines radiofrequency energy and micro-needling to help reshape and contour the skin, creating a smoother and more evenly balanced complexion.

As small needles puncture the skin RF energy is simultaneously delivered, creating micro-abrasions that stimulate the body’s natural healing response, promoting new collagen and elastin to produce firmer skin and reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Each session lasts approximately 90 minutes, and costs £850 (currently approx. $1,056). Three sessions are recommended four to six weeks apart.

The spa treatment menu includes a variety of manicure and pedicure services.

Insider’s Favorite: I would have to say the Royal Fern Facial. The microcurrent and EMS technologies, combined with the stunning products leave the skin plumed, refreshed, and younger looking—even after just one treatment!

The spa also has saunas for guests to relax in.

Unique Treatment: The Lanesborough Club & Spa offers an Energy Centered Tibetan Treatment, which balances five elements to restore a harmonious flow of energy and vitality. Five expertly blended essential oils work together to stabilize the five sensory organs. Tibetan cupping, kneading and acupressure techniques help release physical and mental tension. Warm crystals and poultices bring harmony from the tips of the toes to the crown of the head. This 90-minute treatment costs £205 (currently approx. $254).
