This cleanses and nourishes skin, leaving it with a healthy glow and the wellness benefits of the relaxing aromatherapy of lavender to create a truly healthful, invigorating steam experience. Aromatherapy was mankind’s first medicine, a holistic practice of caring for the body using essential oils, which help awaken and stimulate or relax and promote better sleep. The essential oils used are a unique collection of natural fragrances that enrich the steam experience. Like water and heat, light is a fundamental life force and may improve your physical and mental state.

We also suggest scheduling 30 minutes in the Himalayan Salt Suite. Our suite has custom Himalayan salt walls that are natural, safe, and there are no side effects. Most people who visit salt rooms on a regular basis may find relief from a variety of respiratory conditions such as asthma, allergies, common cold, bronchitis, COPD, cystic fibrosis, and more. Dry salt therapy is great for people who also have skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, acne, recovering from cosmetic surgery, etc. More chronic and acute respiratory conditions require increased frequency and consistency of the sessions. 3 to 7 times a week for a period of 14 to 21 days will help manage the symptoms and provide relief over time.

Our Experiential Shower offers three different experiences including color and hydrotherapy by a push of a button and lasts 10 minutes, relaxing your muscles, relieving tension, and preparing you for your spa treatment.

In our Lavender Lounge, guests can sip away at a lavender or herbal tea, fruit flavored waters, a lavender spa cocktail, and enjoy several healthy snacks pre or post-spa treatment.

Affirm your spirit, calm your mind, and intuitively select a blend that will reflect what your body needs and accompany you through this head-to-toe wellness treatment. Start with an invigorating full-body exfoliation followed by a warm stone back, neck, and shoulder massage. Close by relaxing in a warm cocoon as you are treated to a luxurious foot and pressure point scalp massage.

Guests can enjoy relaxing in the whirlpool tub before and after their spa services.

Splurge Treatment: Platinum Hydrafacial (90 min/$390): The ultimate facial experience! Begin the detoxification process with Lymphatic drainage, followed by the Signature HydraFacial. Deeply cleanse, exfoliate, extract, and hydrate the skin while addressing specific skin concerns with a booster of your choice. After sealing in moisture with a customized mask, this treatment concludes with LED light therapy to further reduce the visible signs of aging.

The spa also has a Himalayan salt suite.

Bring harmony to the body with this CBD and arnica-enhanced service that cares for tired muscles, soothes skin, and reboots the mind. Energize and revitalize the scalp with this warm infusion of CBD, Icelandic moss, and coconut oil. Gentle rhythmic massage is used in combination with the warm oil to relax, ease muscle tension, and stimulate circulation.
