Insider’s Tip: Guests should know it’s important to enjoy the thermal experience prior to their massage, facial, or body treatment. Generally when you receive a 50-minute massage, it takes 20 minutes into your massage to begin improving blood flow, circulation, and relaxing the muscle tissue for the therapist to start focusing on problematic areas where you are holding stress.
