The expansive property is located in a premier destination for anglers who travel from around the world to find more than 500 species of fish within minutes from shore. The resort is also home to a 525-foot pier, the longest in the Keys.

Amenities include three heated swimming pools (adult and family), 214 spacious rooms and suites, a Jack Nicklaus-designed 9-hole par 3 golf course, in addition to The Spa at Cheeca Lodge. Tucked behind vivid flora and cascading waterfalls, the spa features 5,700 square feet of space and includes a heated lap pool with butler service, a fully-equipped fitness center, and seven treatment rooms.

We’re located just steps away from the Atlantic Ocean, tucked away in a lush garden with our own spa island and lagoon with a cascading waterfall, creating a feeling of worlds away.

Key Features: We have 5,700 square feet of space featuring seven treatment rooms including two facial rooms, a hydrotherapy treatment room, spa lounge, and men’s and women’s steam rooms. Also located right outside the spa is a private, heated adults-only pool complete with butler service.

Inspired by our 27 acres of lush tropical vegetation by the sea, the Cheeca Spa has created a collection of luxurious, individual experiences to choose from.

Insider’s Tip: Guests are able to extend their relaxation time poolside at the adults-only pool, complete with butler service for food and beverages. Guests can also sneak away just behind our spa and meditate with the sounds of our cascading waterfall at Spa Island. We also offer many mid-week spa specials for visitors not staying at the resort for those to enjoy a treatment and tranquil amenities for the day.

Snacks: Though currently on hold due to COVID-19 safety protocols, we offer gourmet snacks, fresh organic fruit, a variety of hot teas, and a homemade organic hibiscus tea.

Bonus: On arrival, our spa guests are offered champagne, Organic Elixir and Aromatherapy Oshibori.

The spa has an adult-only pool and waterfall area.

Splurge Treatment: The Ultimate Wellness Therapy. As the name suggests, it is the most immersive wellness experience. For 20 hours and 20 minutes, guests will receive a combination of three treatments including a Relief Massage, Anti-Aging Restore Wrap, and Antara Scalp Massage. The treatment is priced at $485.

Insider’s Favorite: Inner Strength, it’s a full-body massage using Chinese modalities, Thai rocking techniques, and Marveille Arctque Spa Ritual. It’s a combination of hot and cold techniques to improve blood circulation and lymph movement.

Unique Treatment: The Jade Stone Massage Therapy. Guests can create their own unique combination of herbs, botanicals, and scrubs at the “Harvest to Spa” blending station, which is later infused into their massage.
