In addition to 10 restaurants and lounges, a hair salon, and fitness center with sea views, the hotel is also home to a luxurious spa.

The Spa at Four Seasons Hotel Doha includes a hydrotherapy facility with a massaging pool that has underwater jets and overhead fountains, in addition to cold and hot plunge pools. Other unique features in the hydrotherapy lounge include heated laconium beds, a laconium thermal suite, a color therapy room, and an ice room. The facilities are available to all spa guests and can be enjoyed before or after their treatments.

A luxurious private spa suite is also available and has a private whirlpool, steam room, Swiss shower, and treatment room where guests can enjoy side-by-side treatments. The spa’s menu features an array of relaxing services and healing rituals that range from massages and facials to body treatments and mens rituals, and more.

Insider’s Tip: We live in a busy world—we need to keep reminding ourselves once in a while to stop, relax, and take care of ourselves. Pamper yourself by having a spa treatment to relax the mind and body. By doing this regularly, you will find balance in life.

Bonus: We have large facilities that guests can use prior to their treatments; we always invite guests to arrive at least one hour before the treatment to relax and take advantage of the facilities. We have a color therapy room that guests can use to continue their relaxation after the treatment. We also offer a welcome concoction on their arrival with different elixirs to detox and refresh before going into their treatment.

Snacks Served: Refreshing elixir with fresh ingredients served on arrival, fresh fruit (green and red apples), granola bars, dates and dried apricots, as well as the option of fresh ginger tea and honey or any herbal tea (green, chamomile).

Unique Treatment: Golden Opulence from AMRA. We use 24k gold body polish to exfoliate the skin—the product is rich in vitamin C and active ingredients that continue working for 24 hours after the treatment. The treatment concludes with a 24k gold hot stone massage to release the tired muscles. At the end, the application of previous drops of gold refresh and add glow to the skin.

Splurge Treatment: The Triple-Lifting Facial by Biologique Recherche. There are three lifting treatments during this facial. We use two skin boosters and a remodeling machine from Biologique Recherche, which work to lift the face muscles. The result is amazing!

Insider’s Favorite: The Hammam Ritual Treatment. The ritual includes a full-body exfoliation, massage, and facial. This is a total pampering from head to toe. Guests always feel squeaky clean after this treatment.
