Always check into the spa at least 30 minutes before your service, this gives to plenty of time to change, relax in the steam room, or enjoy some hot tea in the Relaxation Lounge before your service.

Also, talk to your therapist about treatment preferences such as room temperature, music volume, pressure, problem areas, etc. as they really care about what’s going to make your service the most enjoyable for you. Lastly, because of our location within the hotel, we can easily work with Goldfinch Tavern to have a meal set up for you in the restaurant before or after your treatment.
