Both the men's and women's locker rooms each include whirlpools, eucalyptus steam rooms and infrared saunas. There are two separate lounge areas with plush seating that overlook the Mississippi River, and one features a beautiful tranquility pool surrounded by view-filled windows. Guests also have access to our stunning outdoor pool deck that faces the Arch and includes private cabanas, hot tub and loungers, depending on the time of year.

Insider’s Tip: Most guests do not realize they can take advantage of a full day of wellness when they book a spa service. They can arrive early to use the fitness center (take a Peloton biking class, stretching, weight lifting, rowing, etc). Then head into the locker room and unwind in the steam room and infrared sauna to continue natural detox. We recommend following this with a rinse in a cold shower, since going from hot to cold is great for blood flow and circulation. Before or after the treatment, they can relax in the lounge space and enjoy refreshments. We can even arrange for a bite to eat from Cinder House restaurant after their service without having to change from their comfy robe.

Guests can also enjoy views of the Gateway Arch from the spa.

Bonus: We offer a complimentary bubbles drink such as Prosecco for spa guests, and usually create a seasonal juice or fruit blend with it. They can choose to enjoy it before or after service depending on their preference. They love to sip, relax with on a plush chaise lounge and the take in the view.

Snacks Served: We offer two infused waters—one with fresh fruit and other infused with PURE Inventions Coconut Water Drops. We also have large selection of Ikaati hot tea. For snacks, we always have fresh fruit available as well as three different snack mixes: dried fruit, sweet and savory nut mixes. We can also order from room service and selections from the Cinder House menu so they can enjoy heartier fare if they prefer.

Unique Treatment: One of our more unique treatments is the DEEP SLEEP RESTORATIVE MASSAGE. Created to promote restful, quality sleep, relieve stress and calm the mind.
