In addition to a swimming pool and thermal facilities, the spa has seven treatment rooms, an opulent relaxation room that offers views of St. Stephen’s Green, and a stunning salon where therapists provide high-end nail, hand and foot care services. The Spa is also the first spa in Ireland to partner with skincare brand Swissline to offer exclusive treatments.

Insider’s Tip: For me personal wellness means allowing myself to disconnect when I need to. My job requires that I’m attached to my emails, but I’ve started to set boundaries. I will turn my phone off an hour before bedtime to give my mind the time and space to properly unwind from the day. Also, it’s important to prioritize and respect the importance of sleep.

Also, the 50-minute Le Soin Sur Measure Facial is an instant reset, focusing on relaxation and resilience (€175). Swissline is a luxury Swiss skincare brand that is available exclusively in the Spa at The Shelbourne, marking its first presence in Ireland.

The spa has seven treatment rooms and is the first spa in Ireland to partner with skincare brand Swissline.

Unique Treatment: The Ground Sleep Ritual. This treatment was created exclusively for The Spa at The Shelbourne by founder of Irish brand GROUND Rituals, Peigin Crowley. It was designed to allow guests the space and time to reconnect and to tap into the body’s ability to self-repair and re-align, and will leave you feeling replenished and grounded in your body. Guests can enjoy a 60 or 90-minute treatment—the ritual primarily serves to guide the mind and body into a peaceful restful state, and is the perfect treatment for any guests who have travelled a long way to visit and may experience some jet lag upon arrival.

At the salon, guests can enjoy manicures, pedicures, nail, hand and foot care services.
