For something more substantial, guests may order off the Chesapeake Restaurant lunch or room service menu, and eat alongside the spa’s meditation garden and reflection pool.

Unique Treatment: Our poolside manicures and pedicures allow the experience to go beyond our spa doors. However, our 30-minute body scrubs might be the most popular. They are a unique way to indulge in the spa without committing to a half-day away from family and friends. Guests may choose between Sweet Tea, Butter Rum, Coastal Herbs, or Honey Lavender to exfoliate and invigorate the body.

Insider’s Favorite: My favorite treatment is the Arnica Intensive Massage. This is great for those who work out a lot or a person who tends to hold a lot of tension in the muscles of the back, neck, or hips. This deep tissue massage incorporates sports stretches, compressions, and arnica oil to smooth knots and restore mobility to hard-working muscles.

Guests can also opt to receive poolside manicures and pedicures while enjoying the outdoors.

Splurge Treatment: The Tide and Thyme Body Treatment leaves the entire body truly rejuvenated. It is designed to release stress and hydrate the body. The thyme oil body polish brings out the skin’s natural glow, then a hydrating wrap of whipped shea butter with herbal essences energize the body, while a scalp massage with jasmine oil relaxes the mind. The total body experience is complete with a mini facial and reflexology treatment.
