Snacks Served: We have a wide variety of snacks and refreshments. This includes mixed nuts produced by a local women-owned company; dried and fresh fruit; sugar-free and natural flavored electrolyte water; and antioxidant teas. All of our snack displays include a description indicating the health benefits.

The spa’s amenities include an indoor relaxation lounge with a cozy fireplace.

Insider’s Tip: Before enjoying a massage, have a soak in the Mineral Wellness Bath. This contains 60 essential minerals and will work to balance your nervous system and loosen your muscles, thus giving you better massage results.

The spa’s outdoor terrace offers stunning views of the city.

Bonus: We have a special seasonal tea menu which features different teas dependent upon the time of year. Examples include: Hot Chocolate Black tea for winter, Cherry Blossom Green tea for spring, and will soon feature a Peach Ice Cream tea for summer. As indulgent as they sound, they are still wellness-focused.

Guests can relax next to one of the firepits on the spa terrace while enjoying the view.

Splurge Treatment: Our couples’ Rainforest Ritual features a two-hour service—this includes a scrub using Pacific Ocean sea salts, a private soak with your partner in our Ofuro tub, a full 60-minute massage with Canadian Wilderness oil, glacial clay mask, lunch, and glasses of Pommery Brut.

The spa also offers a variety of nail services in its Nail Spa.

Unique Treatment: In our Coastal Mountain Cleanse, you have a full-body dry brush followed by a nourishing blue green algae and sea kelp gel mask. After this is applied, guests enjoy a private steam bath. A purifying massage with hints of nutmeg and jasmine completes the service. It also includes a mini facial, which is not usually found in a body treatment.

Insider’s Favorite: Our team really enjoys the scents used in the Canadian Wilderness Retreat. It reminds us of our coastal setting surrounded by beautiful coniferous forests. It also includes a sea salt scrub using kelp fronds.

The couple’s treatment room also has floor-to-ceiling windows that offer city views.

Featured Products: For body treatments, our main line is Beauty Through Balance, which is a locally-based company and also uses locally-sourced ingredients. For facials, we use Biologique Recherche, which is a results-oriented facial line; and Kerstin Florian, a long-time staple of Fairmont spas.
