Spa Review: The Spa at Serenbe Is a Countryside Getaway Dedicated to Wellness and Relaxation
35 miles outside of Atlanta, there is an oasis hidden in Chattahoochee Hills: Serenbe. The 1,000-acre farm features an inn, multiple restaurants, a working farm, garden, and is a retreat in itself. With winding trails covered by trees, every trail and building on the property is aesthetically pleasing, especially The Spa at Serenbe.
When I visited, the spa had just expanded from 8 to 12 treatment rooms and is now over 3,000 square feet in size. There is a new private couples lounge and treatment room, walk-in sauna, updated outdoor lounge space, and more.

Here’s What You’ll Love about The Spa at Serenbe:
It’s located in Serenbe, a neighborhood 35 miles outside of Atlanta that is set among preserved forests and meadows with nature trails and a focus on well-being for the ultimate getaway..
Nestled in the rolling countryside, The Inn at Serenbe is located on a 1,000-acre farm that includes multiple restaurants, a garden, and luxury spa.
The Inn offers cozy rooms and cottages with amenities such as concierge services, a pool and hot tub, country breakfast, private yoga and pilates, and bike and golf cart rentals.
The Spa at Serenbe is a peaceful retreat that provides a warm atmosphere, knowledgeable staff, and natural products for a relaxing spa experience.
Spa guests enjoy amenities including an infrared sauna and steam room, outdoor lounge, and private relaxation rooms.
The spa menu features a wide variety of treatments ranging from massages and facials to cupping therapy, Botox and dermal fillers, reflexology, astrological counseling, and more.
After changing into my robe and slippers, I waited for my massage while sitting on a chaise in my private lounge room, which was neutral, calming, and felt relaxing enough on its own!
That was until my service began: the Four Hands Massage, which is a synchronized massage performed by two massage therapists mirroring each other, which truly offered the most relaxation.
This type of massage is not offered in many places, which is exactly why the Serenbe team chose to incorporate it into their spa menu. As a massage enthusiast, this was my first four-handed massage, but I hope it certainly isn’t my last.
The therapists were knowledgeable, accommodating, and extremely skilled. I was blown away by just how in sync they were in terms of pressure and movements.
Beyond the impressive spa services, the properties activities offered like horseback riding and goat yoga are also designed to help you rest your mind and relax. There is also a full gym and cycling studio on the property.
After a spa visit, the adults-only pool is the most serene option for guests who visit during the hot summers in Georgia. If you find yourself there when the pool is closed, there is plenty of porch space and seating near fire pits to cozy up next to, with a mocktail, glass of wine or a good book.
Everywhere you turn at Serenbe there is a beautiful nook to relax and take in nature. I can’t recommend it enough for a truly recharging trip.
My massage at the Spa was a total reset for my muscles, and my stay at Serenbe overall was a reset for my mind and senses.
Regardless if you’re planning a solo spa day, a girlfriends getaway, a trip with family, or a more romantic weekend away, Serenbe has you covered.
Cost: $245 for the Four Hand Massage (60 min)
Insider Tip: Arrive 15 to 30 minutes prior to your service to relax and enjoy the amenities before your service. Bring a swimsuit if you want to go for a dip in the pool.
