Why You’ll Love It: Our guests love the newly renovated women’s heat facilities, which include a vitality pool, dry sauna and steam room. We also have spacious relaxation lounges for both men and women that allow guests the space to unwind before and after their treatments.

Key Features: Our 15,000-square-foot spa is a sanctuary of wellness. It offers 14 private rooms including a VIP Couples Suite, luxuriously appointed with a private soaking tub and shower. Elegant in style, our spa is a harmonious blend of neutral colors and organic textures, designed with sheer luxury and relaxation in mind.

Among the spa’s facilities, both men and women have a steam room, sauna, vitality pool and dedicated relaxation areas, the latter with an adjoining terrace. Our comprehensive fitness center features a Techno Gym and Life Fitness equipment, a yoga studio and Fitness on Demand. Guests can also enjoy a 60-foot climate controlled indoor lap pool, bathed in natural sunlight and overlooking our lush private garden.

Bonus: We hold Monday evening Mindful Meditation classes from 7 to 8 p.m. and the guests that attend are allowed full access to our fitness center, swimming pool and heat facilities for the whole day. The class costs $40 and normally you would need to purchase a day pass for $75 in order to have access to our facilities. You get the benefits of an amazing meditation session plus access to our beautiful facilities. We also have the same benefit available for those that partake in our Vinyasa Flow Yoga class, which takes place on Saturdays from 10 to 11 a.m. for $30.

I wish more people would relish that time for themselves and make self-care and being in the moment a priority. Allow us to take you through our entire welcoming ritual and enjoy our facilities before your treatment even begins. Snacks Served: We have citrus-infused water, coconut and fresh cucumber-infused water, as well as our signature green peach tea. To snack on, we offer an assortment of fresh fruits, mixed nuts, dried apricots and bananas.

Splurge: The HydraFacial will change your skin and is so worth it! Using vortex and vacuum technology, it will exfoliate and extract all the dull, dehydrated stagnancy, leaving you with soft, bright and rejuvenated skin.

Most Unique Treatment: Probably our one-hour and 20-minute Digital Wellness Escape. We give your phone a mini “spa treatment” of its own before slipping it into a Mandarin Oriental logoed phone sleeping bag that we gift to you and encourage you to stow away while you enjoy the spa. The treatment itself begins with a Shungite crystal bath with water that has been inspirited with detoxifying crystals.

We serve you water from our VitaJuwel crystal vessel, then focus the massage on areas taxed the most by our digital devices, which includes a paraffin treatment to the hands. Afterward, you are given mindful activity options such as reading, journaling or even coloring, to disconnect digitally and to reconnect to one’s self.

Insider Favorite: One of our new Aromatherapy Associates treatments called Sleep Deeply is incredible and really helps me rest! The idea behind this treatment, which uses pure essential oils, is to deeply relax your senses and allow you to completely drift into a state of healing rest.
