The Summerscapes Package includes a $50 resort credit for each night of stay, which can be used toward dining, the spa, or one of the property’s three resort golf courses. The package is valid through September 30, 2020, based on availability; some restrictions and blackout dates apply; resort credit may not be used towards room, tax, gratuities, or resort charge. Use promo code “SMRSCAPE.”
A wide range of amenities are available to offer guests throughout the summer season, including relaxed indoor and outdoor dining with a full summer menu available to dine-in as well as to-go. The Wigwam Bar is serving full menus for three meals a day with late-night cocktails available to brighten evenings. All restaurants have been reconfigured to abide by the resort’s new social distancing guideline.
Additionally, The Wigwam’s three 18-hole championship golf courses are open for play, along with nine tennis courts. All three of the resort’s swimming pools have opened with reconfigured poolside lounge chairs for proper social distancing, and the Fitness Center has opened with new restrictions and enhanced cleaning protocols. Guests can also book appointments at the spa, which has completely re-opened for salon and spa treatments, as well as enjoy access to the spa amenities and pool.
To ensure guests’ safety and comfort during COVID-19, the resort has adopted The Wigwam Cares Wellness policy, which follows all the guidelines issued by the CDC and AHLA. Guidelines, protocols, and procedures adopted by the resort include physical distancing throughout the resort, hand-sanitizer dispensers at key guest and employee entrances, comprehensive training on COVID-19 for all associates, deep cleaning of guest rooms after each use, and temperature checks on each employee prior to the start of individual shifts.
The resort has also launched its very own Sanitation and Wellness Awareness Team (SWAT) with members visible throughout all public areas to regularly clean surfaces such as pool chairs, door handles, pool gates, and more. The SWAT is on property for two eight-hour shifts each day. For more information on cleanliness and safety guidelines, click here.
