If you’re unable to visit and experience the magic of Terranea in person, you can recreate part of the experience at home on Valentine’s Day with a special cocktail recipe courtesy of the resort. A Love Eternal is a hand-crafted signature cocktail that features a palate-pleasing combination of cranberry, pink grapefruit, and lime juice mixed with gin and Prosecco. Recipe below:

A Love Eternal Cocktail

Ingredients:

• 1.5oz Gin

• .75oz Strawberry Tulsi Syrup

• .50oz Cranberry Juice

• .75oz Pink Grapefruit Juice

• .25oz Lime Juice

• 3oz Prosecco

Garnish:

• 2 slices of strawberry on skewer

• Micro basil sprig

Directions:

• Muddle 1 large strawberry (or 2 small) in shaker, add ingredients and ice.

• Shake and strain into champagne flute.

• Top with Prosecco.
