Velas Vallarta Adds Moonlight Massage and Agave Treatment to Spa Menu

Available on the resort’s jetty, which extends into the Banderas Bay, the Moonlight Massage has couples using all their senses.

Two new spa offerings are available for guests at Velas Vallarta, an all-inclusive family resort located on 10 acres of oceanfront in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. The Moonlight Massage (60 min/$348) is available on the resort’s jetty, which extends into the Banderas Bay. Couples are treated to a gentle massage for full relaxation while being bathed in moonlight and showered in fragrant flower petals, listening to the soothing sounds of the night tide rolling in.

Following the treatment, sparkling wine and chocolate-covered strawberries are served to enjoy beneath the stars. As a special takeaway, couples will receive petals soaked in fragrant essences to trigger their mind to the memory for days to come.

The new Agave Treatment (80 min/$128) capitalizes on the anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties in the native nectar to hydrate and revitalize the skin with a bounty of antioxidants. Both treatments use the highest-quality organic products and essential oils.
